Bio & Work

Who.

I'm from Puebla, Mexico. I have a BCS from the Faculty of Computer Science at the Autonomous University of Puebla, and later I got a PhD in Computer Science from the Computer Science Department at the University of Warwick in Coventry, UK.

Currently I'm professor at FCC and I'm part of the civil society in Red Social Contraloría Ciudadana AC. From 2017 to 2020, I was part of the Citizen Participation Committee of the State Anti-Corruption System of Puebla.

Current proyects.

Fractal Analysis

Develop solutions focused on image processing where fractal analysis is used to improve existing techniques.

Spectral Clustering

Develop new algorithms to improve image and object clustering using different shape descriptors and spectral clustering techniques.

Statistical Shape Analysis

Develop methods and algorithms with the shape concept and its analysis using statistics form image analysis and related problems.
